Atriplex chapinii merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Amaranthaceae (suku bayam-bayaman). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Kepulauan Desventurados (San Felix Ambrosio). Nama ilmiah Atriplex chapinii diperkenalkan oleh Ivan Murray Johnston pada tahun 1935.
