Atriplex coronata merupakan tumbuhan semusim dari famili Amaranthaceae (suku bayam-bayaman). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah California. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan crownscale. Nama ilmiah Atriplex coronata pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Sereno Watson pada tahun 1874.
