Atriplex prostrata subsp. calotheca merupakan tumbuhan semusim dari famili Amaranthaceae (suku bayam-bayaman). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Norwegia selatan hingga Baltik. Nama ilmiah Atriplex prostrata subsp. calotheca pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carl Gottlob Rafn pada tahun 1976.
