Baloskion tetraphyllum subsp. meiostachyum merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Restionaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk rimpang atau stolon. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Queensland tenggara hingga New South Wales. Nama ilmiah Baloskion tetraphyllum subsp. meiostachyum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Lawrence Alexander Sidney Johnson pada tahun 1998.
