Begonia kunthiana merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Begoniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Brazil (Rio de Janeiro). Nama ilmiah Begonia kunthiana diperkenalkan oleh Wilhelm Gerhard Walpers pada tahun 1852.
