Begonia magdalenensis merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Begoniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Brazil (Rio de Janeiro). Nama ilmiah Begonia magdalenensis diperkenalkan oleh Alexander Curt Brade pada tahun 1945.
