Begonia pensilis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Begoniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah St. Vincent. Nama ilmiah Begonia pensilis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Lyman Bradford Smith pada tahun 1984.
