Begonia perpusilla adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Begoniaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk akar rimpang. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Madagaskar (Pulau Nosi Bé). Nama ilmiah Begonia perpusilla pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Alphonse Louis Pierre Pyrame de Candolle pada tahun 1859.
