Begonia rubropilosa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Begoniaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk akar rimpang. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Brazil (Rio de Janeiro). Nama ilmiah Begonia rubropilosa diperkenalkan oleh Alphonse Louis Pierre Pyrame de Candolle pada tahun 1859.
