Begonia saxifraga adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Begoniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Brazil (Bahia). Nama ilmiah Begonia saxifraga diperkenalkan oleh Alphonse Louis Pierre Pyrame de Candolle pada tahun 1859.
