Begonia smilacina adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu dari famili Begoniaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh menjalar. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Brazil (Amapá). Nama ilmiah Begonia smilacina diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Alphonse Louis Pierre Pyrame de Candolle pada tahun 1859.
