Begonia spilotophylla adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Begoniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Papua New Guinea. Nama ilmiah Begonia spilotophylla diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Ferdinand von Mueller pada tahun 1876.
