Berberis leptopoda merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Berberidaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Arunachal Pradesh hingga Tibet tenggara. Nama ilmiah Berberis leptopoda diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Leslie Walter Allen Ahrendt pada tahun 1941.
