Berberis volcania merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Berberidaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko (Chiapas) hingga Amerika tengah. Nama ilmiah Berberis volcania diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Paul Carpenter Standley pada tahun 1997.
