Bistorta bistortoides merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Polygonaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kanada barat hingga Meksiko (Chihuahua). Nama ilmiah Bistorta bistortoides pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Frederick Traugott Pursh pada tahun 1906.
