Boea lawesii merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Gesneriaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk rimpang atau stolon. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Papua New Guinea. Nama ilmiah Boea lawesii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Ferdinand von Mueller pada tahun 1887.
