Boea magellanica adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Gesneriaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk rimpang atau stolon. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Papua New Guinea hingga Kepulauan Solomon. Nama ilmiah Boea magellanica diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Jean-Baptiste Lamarck pada tahun 1791.
