Botrychium tolucaense adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Ophioglossaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Meksiko (Durango, México State). Nama ilmiah Botrychium tolucaense pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Warren Herbert Wagner pada tahun 2004.
