Carex cochinchinensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Cyperaceae (suku teki-tekian). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk rimpang atau stolon. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Vietnam. Nama ilmiah Carex cochinchinensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Louis-Florent-Marcel Raymond pada tahun 1959.
