Chlorophytum africanum var. silvaticum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Asparagaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Ethiopia selatan hingga kawasan tropis Afrika bagian selatan. Nama ilmiah Chlorophytum africanum var. silvaticum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carl Lebrecht Udo Dammer pada tahun 2012.
