Chorizanthe procumbens adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semusim dari famili Polygonaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari California selatan hingga Meksiko (Baja California Norte). Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan prostrate spineflower. Nama ilmiah Chorizanthe procumbens pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Thomas Nuttall pada tahun 1848.
