Chromolaena leptocephala adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari wilayah sepanjang Amerika Selatan bagian barat hingga Venezuela (Táchira). Nama ilmiah Chromolaena leptocephala diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Augustin Pyramus de Candolle pada tahun 1970.
