Clematis brevipes merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Ranunculaceae yang memiliki pola tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah China (Gansu selatan). Nama ilmiah Clematis brevipes diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Alfred Rehder pada tahun 1928.
