Clematis phlebantha adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu atau perdu kecil dari famili Ranunculaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Nepal barat dan tengah. Nama ilmiah Clematis phlebantha pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 1968.
