Clematis sarezica merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Ranunculaceae yang memiliki pola tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Tadzhikistan timur. Nama ilmiah Clematis sarezica diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Sergei Sergeevich Ikonnikov pada tahun 1977.
