Clematis sinii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Ranunculaceae yang memiliki pola tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah China (Guangxi timur). Nama ilmiah Clematis sinii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Wen Tsai Wang pada tahun 2001.
