Columnea ericae merupakan tumbuhan epifit dari famili Gesneriaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kolombia tenggara hingga Peru. Nama ilmiah Columnea ericae diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Rudolf Mansfeld pada tahun 1934.
