Comarostaphylis diversifolia subsp. planifolia adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Ericaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari California selatan (termasuk Kepulauan Channel) hingga Meksiko (Baja California). Nama ilmiah Comarostaphylis diversifolia subsp. planifolia pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Willis Linn Jepson pada tahun 1978.
