Couepia maguirei merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Chrysobalanaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Venezuela selatan hingga Brazil barat laut. Nama ilmiah Couepia maguirei pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Ghillean Tolmie Prance pada tahun 1972.
