Crumenaria erecta merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Rhamnaceae yang tumbuh dalam bentuk perdu kecil atau semak. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Brazil hingga Paraguay timur. Nama ilmiah Crumenaria erecta diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Siegfried Reisseck pada tahun 1861.
