Cyrtandra pruinosa merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Gesneriaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kepulauan Hawaii (Oahu). Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan frosted cyrtandra. Nama ilmiah Cyrtandra pruinosa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Harold St. John pada tahun 1950.
