Daucus carota subsp. hispanicus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Apiaceae (suku adas-adasan) yang memiliki siklus hidup dua musim (biennial). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Mediterania barat dan tengah. Nama ilmiah Daucus carota subsp. hispanicus diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Antoine Gouan pada tahun 1926.
