Daucus carota subsp. rupestris adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Apiaceae (suku adas-adasan) yang memiliki siklus hidup dua musim (biennial). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Malta, Sicilia (Lampedusa, Lampesina). Nama ilmiah Daucus carota subsp. rupestris diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Giovanni Gussone pada tahun 1968.
