Dianthus carthusianorum subsp. polonicus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Caryophyllaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang. Nama ilmiah Dianthus carthusianorum subsp. polonicus diperkenalkan oleh Hugo Zapałowicz pada tahun 1984.
