Diplacus rutilus merupakan tumbuhan perdu atau perdu kecil dari famili Phrymaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah California barat daya dan selatan-tengah. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan santa susana bush monkeyflower. Nama ilmiah Diplacus rutilus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Adele Gerard Lewis Grant pada tahun 1951.
