Dracaena aurea merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Asparagaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kepulauan Hawaii (Kauai). Nama ilmiah Dracaena aurea pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Horace Mann Jr. pada tahun 1867.
