Dracaena lancea merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asparagaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Jawa. Nama ilmiah Dracaena lancea diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Carl Peter Thunberg pada tahun 1808.
