Eleocharis fuscopurpurea adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Cyperaceae (suku teki-tekian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kepulauan Juan Fernández, Chili, hingga Argentina barat. Nama ilmiah Eleocharis fuscopurpurea pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Ernst Gottlieb von Steudel pada tahun 1930.
