Eleocharis kuoi merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Cyperaceae (suku teki-tekian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Qinghai. Nama ilmiah Eleocharis kuoi mulai dipublikasikan pada tahun 1987.
