Eleocharis neesii merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Cyperaceae (suku teki-tekian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Brazil (Rio Grande do Sul). Nama ilmiah Eleocharis neesii mulai dipublikasikan pada tahun 2014.
