Eleocharis rugosa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Cyperaceae (suku teki-tekian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Brazil. Nama ilmiah Eleocharis rugosa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis David Alan Simpson pada tahun 1987.
