Eokochia saxicola merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Amaranthaceae (suku bayam-bayaman). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Italia (Ischia, Capri), Sicilia (Pulau Lipari). Nama ilmiah Eokochia saxicola pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Giovanni Gussone pada tahun 2011.
