Epipactis leptochila subsp. neglecta adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk rimpang atau stolon. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Eropa tengah dan selatan-tengah hingga Kaukasia utara. Nama ilmiah Epipactis leptochila subsp. neglecta mulai dipublikasikan pada tahun 1982.
