Erigeron poliospermus merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari wilayah sepanjang Kanada barat hingga Amerika Serikat barat laut. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan purple cushion fleabane. Nama ilmiah Erigeron poliospermus diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Asa Gray pada tahun 1884.
