Eriogonum nealleyi merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Polygonaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Texas barat daya. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan irion county buckwheat. Nama ilmiah Eriogonum nealleyi pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Thomas Coulter pada tahun 1890.
