Eriogonum siskiyouense adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Polygonaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah California utara (Gn. Eddy, Pegunungan Scott). Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan siskiyou buckwheat. Nama ilmiah Eriogonum siskiyouense pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis John Kunkel Small pada tahun 1898.
