Eriope obovata var. gracilis merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Lamiaceae (suku nilam-nilaman). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Brazil (Bahia). Nama ilmiah Eriope obovata var. gracilis mulai dipublikasikan pada tahun 1992.
