Erythroxylum bequaertii merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Erythroxylaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko selatan hingga Guatemala. Nama ilmiah Erythroxylum bequaertii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Paul Carpenter Standley pada tahun 1930.
