Erythroxylum itan merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Erythroxylaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Brazil (Minas Gerais). Nama ilmiah Erythroxylum itan mulai dipublikasikan pada tahun 2020.
