Erythroxylum lanceum merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Erythroxylaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Komoro, Madagaskar utara. Nama ilmiah Erythroxylum lanceum diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Wenceslas Bojer pada tahun 1842.
